It is probably human nature, but few people like to admit they have made mistakes. Yet, success comes from making mistakes, taking corrective action, and learning from those mistakes. Experience is a series of steps – including some missteps – that lead to better practices. I would like to share some of my experiences with fellow Rotarians interested in water, sanitation and hygiene projects. If we all share our experiences and lessons learned, then we all benefit from the collective process. I am a great believer in not reinventing the wheel.
